Cancellation Policy

Illness Policy - Please reschedule your appointment if you are not feeling well and have cold/Flu/Covid-19, or any symptoms that may be infectious or contagious. Cancellations due to illness will not be assessed a cancellation fee. Cancellation Policy and related fees - Your appointment time is held just for you. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide 24-hour notice. With advanced notice we will be able to adjust the therapists schedule accordingly and may be able to accommodate other clients on the wait list. We do understand that unavoidable issues will come up and will do our best to work with you to reschedule your appointment. Clients that do not show up for their scheduled appointment and do not call, text or email to cancel their appointment ahead of time will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of your service. The fee will need to be paid before you schedule your next appointment.
