Cancellation Policy - Your appointment time is held just for you.  If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment please provide 24-hour notice.  With advanced notice we will be able to adjust the therapists schedule accordingly and may be able to accommodate other clients on the waiting list.  We do understand that unavoidable issues will come up and will do our best to work with you to reschedule your appointment.  However, if last minute cancellations or "no shows" become a habit, you will be asked to pre-pay all future appointments by credit card.  By scheduling an appointment you acknowledge this policy.


Punctuality - Being on time for your appointment is necessary for you to receive your full treatment.  If you are late and your treatment time is reduced you will be charged for the full treatment session.

Communication - All aspects of your massage treatment can be modified to suit your needs; the amount of light, whether music is played, the temperature of the room and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy your treatment in silence.  If you want the therapist to use more or less pressure or have any other concerns during your massage, please communicate your needs to the massage therapist. 


Cell phones - Please silence your cell phones during your visit.


Smoking - There is no smoking in this office.

Gift Certificates - Gift certificates may be used towards any of our services.  Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.


Methods of payment - We accept cash, check, MasterCard and Visa.


Gratuities - Although gratuities are not required, they are customary (15% - 20%) and are greatly appreciated.


Prices - All prices are subject to change without notice.


Medical conditions - If you are being treated for a medical condition, check with your physician to see if massage is appropriate.  If you have a contagious condition or any open wounds, massage is not indicated for the safety of both the client and the therapist.  Please inform your massage therapist of any current issues and as they arise in the future.


Allergies - Let your massage therapist know about any allergies or skin sensitivities you may have.
